Resonsibilities >
- Resonsible for directic and managing legal and business matters pertaining to the company and act as advisor on legal issues involving the company's government amd regulatory compliance
- Prepare documents to support assignments in one or mor areas (e.g. litigation, real estate, M&A's etc.)
- Provides legal advice to management on issues by ensuring compliance with policies and business practices
- Provides resolution of business or technical issues by creating or identifying legal solutions to each situation; and recommends course of action
Qualifications >
- Bachelor of Law(LL.B) or Juris Doctor degree
- More than 5 years experience and theoretical understanding at expert level
- Six to ten or more years experience at career level
- Six to ten years (pot bar) experience and command of one or more legal specialty at expert level
- Fluency in English and local language
